Cryotherapy: 

Also known as cryosurgery or cryoablation, involves using cold temperatures to damage or destroy non malignant cells. 

It's a minimally invasive procedure that can be used to treat various conditions. 

The cold is typically applied using liquid nitrogen or other cooling agents.

How it's used:

For skin conditions: Cryotherapy can be used to treat warts, skin tags, and sun-damaged skin. 

How it works:

The cold temperature freezes and destroys abnormal or unwanted tissue. 

For skin conditions, liquid nitrogen is applied to the affected area, freezing and destroying the cells; it is a painless procedure.
