This is a hyaluronic acid moisturising treatment that hydrates from the inside out: it stimulates elastin and collagen, and attracts water to the deepest layers of the skin.
Two initial sessions are required four weeks apart, and after that, top-ups are only needed once every six months. Three initial sessions are required for those with severe skin dehydration.
The end result? Fewer wrinkles, tighter, brighter, and firmer skin.
A comprehensive product range to help eliminate darkness around the eyes, soften keloids and scars, and restore the skin matrix of the face, décolleté, hands, and neck.
Three to five treatments needed depending on baseline skin quality: price given per treatment.
Skin boosters are injectable hyaluronic acid treatments that hydrate the skin from the inside out, by stimulating elastin and collagen and attracting water to the deepest layers of the skin.
They differ from hyaluronic acid dermal fillers as their molecules are not cross-linked, meaning the product diffuses into the dermis, and doesn't stay where it's injected.
Too complicated? Think of the skin boosters as 'sucking' moisture into the skin.
PROS:
1) A great option for people who are a filler-phobic, as boosters don't add volume
2) Lower risk profile than dermal fillers
CONS:
1) It takes time to see results! You won't have a 'wow' leaving the clinic - that'll hopefully come later (approximately a month after the second / third treatment)
2) The best results are those on skin which is dehydrated and showing a little laxity - this might not be you.
