I use a hyaluronic acid-based gel filler, which mimics natural tissue, and is designed to either add or replace volume lost as we age.
PROS:
1) it lasts much longer than botox - anywhere from 6-18 months
2) filler isn't permanent: your body will metabolise it out slowly, or it can be safely dissolved in clinic
CONS:
1) filler is thicker than botox, so has a much higher risk-profile. Make sure your consent is informed!
